Autoresponders

The autoresponding feature in Formzillion allows you to automatically send a response to users who submit a form. This feature is useful for sending confirmation messages, thank-you notes, or any other kind of message that you want to automatically send to users.

Steps to setup Autoresponders

To set up an autoresponder, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Formzillion account.
2. Create a new form or select an existing one.
3. Navigate to the "Settings" > "Autoresponders".
4. Under the "Autoresponders" section, click on toggle button for "Autoresponders".
   
   
5. Click on toggle button for "Use Template".
   
   
6. Select pre defined templetes for Autoresponder.
   
   
7. Click on the "Save" button to save your autoresponder settings.

Managing Autoresponders

You can disable your autoresponders by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Formzillion account.
2. Click on the form that you want to manage.
3. Click on the "Settings" button.
4. Navigate to the "Settings" > "Autoresponders".
5. Under the "Autoresponders" section, click on toggle button for "Autoresponders".
   
   

6.Click on the "Save" button to save your autoresponder settings.
